Chlamydia: Close to 100%. This easily transmissible organism will create infection in your partner through unprotected sex. The question is whether you got it from your partner or they from you. In either case you should both be evaluated for other STDs. Like parasitic infections, when you have one, the overwhelming odds are that you have more than one.
