Probably not: VERY rarely a rash typical of chicken pox (varicella) can break out after shingles vaccine, even up to 16 days after. Most allergic reactions occur within hours of the vaccine. The rash is very typical: spots in clusters, some of which look like little blisters. It doesn't sound like your rash looks like this, but I would see your doctor or a Dermatologist to have it looked at and treated.
