Symptoms??: If he is having symptoms right upper abdominal pain worse with a fatty meal - then I would suggest seeking a surgical evaluation for removal. If he is not having symptoms and this was found by "accident" - it does NOT necessarily mean surgery Stones in the gallbladder are not uncommon - but can cause pain and symptoms
