I have seborrheic dermatitis and pimples on my face and back.pls help?

Scientific Rx: You're not going to be able to manage your acne without prescription strength medication from a competent physician. Perhaps a combination of topical benzoyl peroxide and a systemic antibiotic will prove sufficient. Seborrheic dermatitis is often easier to manage with ketoconazole or some other appropriate medication. "Pop" advice won't work (it is mostly cruel misinformation). Best wishes.
