Probably not: Irregular cycles are most frequently caused by a lack of ovulation. Without ovulation, you will not be able to get pregnant. That can be corrected. You need to see a GYN.

More info needed?: While not typical, having a period that lasts for 9 days may not be that irregular. So if you are saying that your period starts with 3 days of mild bleeding, but overall bleeding goes on for 9 days, you may be ovulating after that, though perhaps not on day 14. Keep trying, but you may need eval & treatment with your primary provider or OB/GYN
