Weeks to work: Everyone responds differently. It also depends what is been treated, Bipolar Depression, Mania, Schizophrenia? They have different respond time and different levels of improvement. Ask your health professional. In some people it can cause restlessness or insomnia. Check w your Doctor as he could tell, sometimes you will get use to it (tolerance), or take it at different time, or adjust dose.
