It can be effective: Latuda is an atypical antipsychotic medication. Latuda has FDA indications for use with Schizophrenia & for depressive episodes with Bipolar I Disorder. It can be used as monotherapy or as adjunct with lithium or depakote. Really need to take with full meal - can cause nausea. REF: http://www.latuda.com/LatudaPrescribingInformation.pdf
