Cyst or lymph node.: Could be an epidermal inclusion cyst or trichilemmal cyst (especially if on back of neck). Also could be a small lymph node. If it is not enlarging then doing nothing might be the best answer.

It could be just a: cyst or a lipoma, or even a lymph node. But without seeing it I would not be able to diagnose it. Just see your doctor or dermatologist and then you won't need to worry and you can find out how to treat it.
