Blood clot in leg: Although this could be a peripheral neuropathy(inflammation of a leg nerve) a blood clot in the leg should be ruled out with an ultra sound

Sciatica?: You may have a spasmed L pyriformis muscle that is putting pressure on your L sciatic nerve. See your family doctor or an orthopedic surgeon to get checked out and treated.
