See a neurologist: Proper diagnosis is the key for the successful treatment. See a neurologist. They are the expert in this field. Take care.

Of all the nerve!!: What nerve? What part of your body?Damage due to what? How many doctors? What specialties? In what city? You don't have this information?Well, of all the nerve! Nerve damage comes in many flavors from plain vanilla trauma to a rocky road of esoteric inflammatory conditions (ever heard of Chronic Demyelenating Inflammatory Polyneuropathy?I didn't think so).You need to have a sit-down with your doctor(s)

Undernourished: After studying basic physiology for the past thirteen years, I have come to the conclusion that neuropathy has more to do with unhealthy nerves than a chronic noxious stimulus to the nerves. I have found that daily B-complex tab, omega-3 fatty acids ( 4-12 gm / day), alpha lipoic acid 200-300 mg 2x/d and magnesium 200 mg twice a day go a long way to helping neuropathy.
