Deviated septum: Sometimes the nasal septum can be deviated so much that it constricts the nasal portion of the respiratory tract. But if that is truly the problem, then you should have difficulty breathing all the time and not just at night. I recommend seeing your doctor or an ENT for evaluation and you might try an antihistamine too.
