Did you drink all at: Once ? If you drink that amount of volume you should expect discomfort because the capacity of the stomach is not unlimited . I would encourage small but frequent drinking in hot weather like a glass every 30 minute or so depending on perspiration and thirst . It should be accompanied by urine out put also
