Not stroke: Your symptoms are not suggesting stroke, but rather tension headache/ sinus headache. Depending on the exact location of the pain, its circumstances, duration or response to trial therapy your condition will be identified. Talk to your doc about your symptoms.

Tension HA: It sounds like a tension-type headache which can be treated with medications like Tylenol (acetaminophen) or Advil, if no allergic reactions. Some tension-type headaches also have migraine characteristics so that there is an overlap. They are not two distinct entities like once thought. If over-the-counter meds do not help, see your primary care physician for help. Does not sound typical for a brain tumor. Relax.

Get checked: Muscles go into a protective contracture when a joint is either loaded or possess unresolved infection. At the forehead the issue could be with either the TM joints or at the frontal sinus.
