In need of a doctor to remove a tumor out of my esophagus?

Some questions...: 1) What kind of tumor? (what did biopsy show?); 2) size and location of tumor?; 3) one or multiple?; 4) symptomatic/ partially obstructing?; 5) is surgery not an option?; 6) where are you located (in America or not); 6) age and comorbidities?
