Yes: Omega 3 does help with depression. A good source is fish oil or freshly ground flax seeds. Since you are lactose intolerant, you might consider drinking soy milk. In South America, many Ades brand juices contain soy milk. The Ades Natural flavor is pure soy milk and can be used in place of milk in many recipes. Since you can't drink milk, you may want to take Calcium and vitamen D.
