Many causes: There are many reasons that you might feel light headed and have normal tests. Some causes are anxiety, dehydration, too much alcohol or caffeine, antihistamines, other medications. Make sure that you are drinking plenty of water and try to eliminate all caffeine and alcohol. Check with your doctor to see if you have anxiety or if any of your meds may cause this. Light headed: Think of the problem in several parts. See your eye doctor, see your doctor for a good check up with blood tests and a heart work up which may include checking your heart beats. If normal and not on any meds you'd see a neurologist and ENT. Be patient it takes time to work through it
