Allergic reaction: Most likely you are dealing with some type of allergic reaction. You don't need to see a rash on skin to be having allergic reactions. Something has caused your body to release histamine, and now you're itching. Try a general antihistamine such as Benadryl or Claritan and see if these help. Then you have to tract down why you're having release of histamine!
