Stinging pain on lower back that radiates to my arms and thighs whenever i move(mostly bending and picking up.) i tried a 600mg pill of motrin to no effect(any reason why that is) also will a skin biopsy give answers or should i go further more tests?

With your symptoms you should see your MD for the cause and treatment. Let the MD decide which tests are needed. No skin biopsy is not indicated for your symptoms. Good luck
