Continue current: If they are healed and years old, treat that area of your body like you do the rest. You don't have to do anything special. It is difficult to give you a completely accurate answer though on the internet without visualizing you in person. If it continues to worry you, I would follow up with your doctor or see a dermatologist.

Where are they?: Care depends on the location. Usually, normal cleaning with mild soap and water is usually enough, once healed.
