I got my ear pierced with a piercing gun i don't know the hygiene understanding of the person who did this procedure, he just put an earring in the gun and pierced my ear with that earring.is there any hiv transmission risk?

Very unlikely. Transmission of HIV requires an exposure to body fluid of HIV infected person, e.g., blood, semen, etc.
