I fell of the bed i am sowellen under right eye cut by right eye and i can left my right arm immediate response please what should i do?

Fall: I would go to an Urgent Care or Emergency Department. There is a limited period in which laceration repair can be done to the face. This should be done expeditiously. In regards to not being able to lift your left arm, this may be secondary to direct trauma, at the humerus or the rotator cuff. Also head trauma(such as a brain bleed) may cause motor weakness,unlikely if you fell on your arm.
