Very concerning: Any new lumps, bumps, skin changes in the breast should be evaluated by your doctor. Great job doing your breast exam and finding it. The description you have provided is concerning. A mammogram and a breast exam need to be done ASAP. Please contact your primary care doctor or Obgyn to have this evaluated.
