Mesenteric panniculi: mesenteric panniculitis:---is a rare disorder characterized by a chronic nonspecific inflammation involving the adipose tissue of the bowel messentary. Cause is unclear--autoimmune responce to unknown source or ischemia changes have been proposed. the disease is associated with, vasculitis,granulomatous disease, rheumatoid disease and pancreatitis.
