Had a ct scan recently,the result was "ultilobulated soft tissue mass in the small bowel mesentery in the midabdomen" is this likely cancer?

It could be.: Lymphomas, metastatic disease, and other neoplasms can show up in the mesentery, so unfortunately you may need to have this mass biopsied to see what it is. Difficult to predict what it might specifically be based on limited information provided. Talk to your doctor about the next steps. Take care.
