Least of worries: First, the radioactive ores look like really dull rocks and ornamental stones (jade, agate, moonstone, jasper, quartz, many many others) No ornamental stone is radioactive. Then the radioactivity doesn't get onto you. Radiation is same substance as light (but high enough energy to cook dna).
