Yes.: Definitely the change in time, environment and diet can affect your bowel movements. Be sure to get plenty of rest, drink more fluids and increase fiber. If having a bowel movement every 2 days is causing you discomfort or pain, then a laxative could be tried. Talk to a doctor.
