See your PCP: The first thing that seems to come to my mind is hemorrhoids. There are a number of other things it can be, but with pregnancy your risk of developing hemorrhoids definitely increases, and if this discomfort comes with sitting, this is also concerning. Follow up with your primary care physician to further evaluate.
