Not from that: I consider the whole idea that iron constipates a bit overblown. It will certainly not pass in your milk in a quantity that would bother baby. Young BF infants can go a loose smear every feed or a bulky mess once a week, so defining "constipation" must be a bit different in infants.If it's soft it is not.
