Inner ear: Look up benign positional vertigo, it can be associated with a recent upper respiratory infection, ear infection, or sometimes a viral infection. Something over the counter as simple as Benadryl (diphenhydramine) 25 to 50mg every 4 to 6 hours can help, caution, the Benadryl (diphenhydramine) can cause you to become sleepy. This may help at night if you are having trouble sleeping. This should resolve in the next 1-2 weeks. F/u PCP.
