Joint Hypermobility : Late teen female with low back pain and "balls", nauseousness, and neck pain can consider joint hypermobility w. sacroiliac joint subluxation with schmorl's node and pelvic instability causing upper body compensatory chronic muscle spam. JHS is associated with IBS, which includes nauseousness. Fibromyalgia is also associated with JHS.
