A member asked:

Severe shaking, hunger pains in chest radiating into side of neck, nausea and low appetite. what is going on with me?

A doctor has provided 1 answer

GE reflux? : Not sure how you get hunger pains in the chest, but this sounds like pain from gastroesophageal reflux, and should be evaluated and treated by a GP or a GI doctor to sort out what these pains and nausea actually mean for you. Antiacid meds and Tums (calcium carbonate) may improve symptoms, but with these troubling symptoms you need to find exactly what's causing these issues-see your doctor ASAP
