Lymes titer: It helps if early on it is low & the repeat shows it much higher. This is indicative of active disease. If taken late, a somewhat high titer means U have been exposed but not necessarily active disease, that would depend on Ur presentation @ Ur provider

Two tests: The tests used to diagnose Lyme disease are the ELISA and The Western Blot. Both of these test for antibodies formed in your body in response to the disease. The ELISA test has a high false positive rate so if you test positive on the ELISA, the Western Blot is used to confirm.
