Lab tests: If he ordered Bartonella antibodies he may have been thinking about Cat scratch disease, Carrion’s disease (Oroya fever & verruga peruana) or Trench Fever. Cocci may be for coccidioidomycosis (AKA valley fever/ Desert fever). Ask the doctor directely.
