Fibromyalgia: Aches and pains without identifiable cause may be from myofacial pain called fibromyalgia, there is really no test specific for fibromyalgia is available. rule out other causes and make the diagnosis by exclusion. Also have your self checked for the neuropathy and any back related issues.
