Not your thyroid: Though you did not mention this, I am assuming your doctor checked your thyroid hormone level and a TSH and that they were fine. Even if you did have thyroid antibodies, that would not make you hypothyroid but would just slightly increase the risk that you could become hypothyroid in the future. I would stop worrying about your thyroid and discuss with your doctor other causes for your symptoms
