Vitamin: Would start with a multivitamin. Physical exercise is critical also in building appetite. Try not to eat alone.

Need more info: There are a number of ways to increase your appetite. Firstly though, is your appetite decreased, or do you have an unchanged appetite but are losing weight; or are you simply trying to gain weight? We need to know if your appetite is truly decreased; and if so, then why. Do discuss your concerns with your medical provider to arrive at a diagnosis and treatment plan. Hope that helps. Thanks.
