Evaluate your dosing: Decreased appetite is a well known side effect to medications such as dexedrine (dextroamphetamine). Medication dosing for stimulants such as these may need to be adjusted. Rather than looking for something to remedy this side effect, consult with your doctor. You may require a lower dose, or a different medication that may work for the ADD yet not severely suppress your appetite.
