When trying to balance out omega 3 to 6, does consuming ala count as so little of it gets converted?

???: This makes no sense. What are you possibly trying to accomplish and why are you even taking these supplements? Two large studies failed to find any cardiovascular benefits.

Eat omega 3: the omega 6 is inflammatory so try and focus on omega 6 You get enough of it in a standard diet so you need more 3 ALA isn't enough to get your needs focus on flax fish and other sources
