Unlikely: At 52, I would need to investigate reasons for slow heart rate, need blood work, ekg, and holter monitor. Could be a heart block, medication reaction to other meds you may be on, and other causes. Needs evaluation asap, especially with fainting. Would not drive, or operate heavy machinery until evaluated.
