Try eyedrops: It could be allergies to something at that particular location, or dry air. You could try some lubricating eye drops, or anti-allergy eyedrops (such as ones containing ketotifen). It could also be lack of sleep the night before if you are staying up late. You could ask your optician at your next checkup.
