Probably not...: A single uncomplicated abortion is usually not a fertility concern, although 2nd trimester (17 weeks) is riskier than in the 1st. Possible complication can involve tubal blockage and/or uterine scarring, you can be evaluated by a doctor to check this out. I'd recommend seeing a doctor regardless if you've been trying a year.
