No: Having had an abortion isn't a risk for this pregnancy. 2 weeks pregnant is very early. The pain you describe could be a uti, maybe consider seeing doctor or urgent care for a test? A lot of women worry that having had an abortion may affect subsequent pregnancies. There's very very small chance for preterm delivery, placental problems, and postpartum hemorrhage. Again, this risk is small.
