Takes time: It can take some time to achieve pregnancy. 85% of normal couples will achieve pregnancy within 12 months. Keep track of your menstrual cycles, make sure they are regular and time intercourse for mid-cycle-- usually about 2 weeks after a period starts. If your periods are irregular-- see your ob/gyn.
