A member asked:

Is carvedilol 25mg 1 tab twice daily equal to bystolic (nebivolol) 10mg once daily?

Not really: Bystolic (nebivolol) is meant to be taken twice a day. The carvedilol dose of 25 mg is a moderately strong dose and is also meant to be taken twice a day. In general, physicians do not prescribe Bystolic (nebivolol) once a day.

Not known: Exact conversion to my knowledge not there. They both work on seperate set of receptors. Ask you pcp as to what set pf end points: indication for the drug and they should be able to optimize your dose over the next upcoming weeks.
