Do what he says: Something has changed and your BP is getting too low. Bystolic (nebivolol) 5 mg and lisinoprol 5 mg wouldn't generally lower BP from 240 to 102. People go through periods of high and low BP and you've passed through a high one. Th e bystolic (nebivolol) would be the more potent med in most people. Try breaking it in half or just stopping the Lisinopril and taking just bystolic (nebivolol). Keep checking your BP & adjust as needed.
