Ethmoid Sinusitis: Hello, the CT shows that you have sinusitis which has many causes however a sinusitis directly resulting from bystolic (nebivolol) BP medication I don't think has been reported. Things you can do to help resolve the sinusitis is saline sinus rinse 2x/day BEFORE using an over the counter nasal steroid spray like Nasacort, Flonase or Rhinacort. I usually recommend ibuprofen as well. If no improvement, see ENT.
