See your Doctor 2day: Sorry to hear you're feeling under the weather. Is the blood nose a brand new thing for you or have you had those before? Sometimes people with suddenly elevated blood pressures will have nosebleeds. Admittedly, you are very young but does your family have blood pressure problems in general? The rest of your picture may be a viral syndrome of some type though itchiness is not common. Last period?
