My son is getting what seems to be a rash on his neck should i worry it don't seem to affect him.

Hard to Say: It is hard to say much about the rash without having more history. Perhaps if you could upload some photos this might be helpful. If your son is overweight, there is a velvety dark thick rash which can go along with prediabetic state called " acanthosis nigricans" to look our for. Best of Luck!

?heat: It could be heat.Apply corn starch and calamine lotion.Make sure he is not wearing any metal jewellery--could also be a contact dermatitis
