Immediate exam: Your son must be examined immediately at a medical clinic. Take your son to an Urgent Care Center or Emergency Room immediately. It is not possible to accurately diagnose or treat your son from just this description. He might have an infection which must be treated quickly. Pediatric problems of this nature must always be evaluated as quickly as possible! I hope for the best for your son!
