What does creamy/milky white vaginal discharge mean?

Normal: It's normal to have clear discharge and normal to have white cloudy discharge. The consistency and color of the discharge is affected by hormones, diet, exercise, sleep, and products that are placed in vagina (sex, lubricants, etc). Typically, discharge mid-cycle is clearer than at either end of the cycle, but not always. Hope that helps!
